Investing in the Future of Skilled Trades
The Craftsman Legacy Scholarship is designed to support students pursuing careers in the residential construction industry or skilled trades, including fields such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, welding, masonry, and related technical programs.
Eligibility
- Applicant must be a resident of Franklin County
- Applicant must be a student in good standing at any Franklin County School or home school
- Applicant must desire a career in the residential construction industry or related skilled trades
- Applicant must have some experience in the construction industry or related skilled trades
Requirements
- Completed application
- Letter of recommendation
- Application and letter of recommendation are due no later than April 15, 2026. EXTENDED to April 30, 2026
Awards
- Applications will be reviewed, and winners will be selected by the Franklin County Home Builders Association Scholarship Committee.
- Scholarship winners will be notified by June 1, 2026.
